To protect and enhance local property values with a focus on local infrastructure, environment and beautification.

Local security and non core issues handled by dedicated local community based groups in conjunction with relevant government bodies liaise with GHOA ensuring a coherent relevant umbrella group encompassing all aspects that impact the quality of life enjoyed by all residents thereby protecting and enhancing property values.
